I want to share a story for just a minute.

In 2014, I began my journey with essential oils by addressing a physical need which branched out to emotional needs. This story is about two oils that are still on my most used list and here's why. I could not go into a grocery store without feeling panic. My senses would get so flooded with information I would literally be squeezing my husband's hand to try and stay grounded but the whole time I wanted to flee. These anxious feelings would trigger my gut so I was constantly searching for a bathroom and my eyes would dart around in a hyper alert manner. This emotional chaos prompted me to try a citrus oil and a blend that's aroma reminded me of walking in the woods. I would put the blend on my wrists so I could carry that image and aroma with me to breathe in as much as I needed. I would also breathe the citrus oil in straight from the bottle or by putting a drop in my hands and cupping them around my face to breathe in and out for three deep breaths.

What I experienced with these two oil bottles changed how I lived my life. I would prepare before going into situations I knew would be hard for me by breathing them in and almost instantly they calmed the overwhelm, helped me feel grounded and allowed me to be with my family doing everyday things in a way I had struggled through my whole life.

I now have so many experiences using essential oils aromatically and receiving emotional support as well as my family. From calming cranky or sad kids, motivating us to do chores around the house, soothing hurt hearts to invigorating our spirit to go after the things that excite us! I am so grateful that I was introduced to these bottles of essential oil and I would love to tell you a bit more about them so you can have your own moments of living your life the way you want to.
